Monthly Wrap-Up: October & I NEED help !

Hello everyone!!

How are you guys all today? How’s your Halloween? Did you wear any costume to celebrate it? Or were you just sitting at home waiting for kids to “Trick-or-Treating” you? I, myself, only was just sitting inside my dorm room, since we don’t so Halloween right over here.

So, here I am, ready to post my Monthly Wrap-Up: October. I apologize for only posting like 3 posts in October, I was so caught up with my uni life and my OWN life though. hehe, Luckily, I’m a little thrilled to announce that I have read 7 books. I’m so happy for my achievement.

That’s the good news, the ‘Not-That-Good’ news is that I have decided to sell some of my book collection, they’re NINE actually. The one and only reason why I do what I do is that my family unfortunately goes down hill lately. Yet, I have a few things I need to get done, whether it’s college tuition; my daily needs, considering I live in a dorm; and to fulfill my family daily needs. I’m a college girl with no job in my had. Yes, I did seek for jobs for a while, yet they never gave me replies to my job application. Kinda sad, innit? Of-freaking-course.

I’m based in Indonesia, and offering them from Indonesian #booklovers #bookblogger. But if you’re interested then it’s fine for international, as long as you pay the shipping. I need some pennies, I couldn’t afford pay international shipping, since it’s hella pricey. I just posted the books I really wanna sell yesterday on my twitter account. If you’re interested in one of them or two then please take a look, if you aren’t then helping me by RTing would be do grand. Click here !!

I thought I put a little pricey right on the tweets, so I just am gonna make it more affordable. The hardbacks are IDR 150.000/each and the paperbacks are IDR 75.000/each. If you’re interested, let me know on twitter or email or blog, I don’t mind, at all.

Sorry for the rambling, but I really do need helps right now. 😦 Okay, enough for that. Here’s the books I have read in October:

1. The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein (🌟🌟🌟🌟)

370493

I read it in one sitting, and it’s so good. There’re so many good values inside. You need to check this one out though, it only took you 30 minutes, tops, to read this one. πŸ™‚

I just finished reading this lovely in one sitting. Honestly I dont get a lot as to what the book is about, but over all, I enjoyed reading as much as the illustrations inside though. But I dont know but I loved the milk and honey copy more, I dont know. But if you’re a big fan of Rupi Kaur, you should probably check this one out. πŸ™‚

Another book I finished today. It was such an wonderful experience to have 2 books finished in a day. Another book I read in one sitting, and I just found out that I wasn’t really into some poetry books these past few days, I dont really know what happened to me, but if you’re a big fan of poetry books, you definitely need to check this one out. 3 stars out of 5 from me, πŸ™‚

5. November 9 by Colleen Hoover (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟)

I just finished reading it at 10.14, Oct 10th. It only took me a day and night to finished it. Well, I was very captivated by the book. I’m kinda guilty at this moment as to why I didn’t read this one earlier. 😦 Yet, here I am, finally able to read November 9, considering the book’s been sitting on top of my TBR list for so long. :))

I didn’t really get into the book during my read, but after all. I enjoyed so much. It only took me a day and a night to finish it. The plot twist though, you’d definitely know the truth at the last chapter. hmm, it’s kinda shocking me. But after all, It’s such a fun adventure for reading thriller for the first time, and I’ve picked the right book . :3
